Refund timeline: what to expect
Return arrives at our facility
You'll receive a confirmation email once we receive your returned item.
Our team inspects all returns within 3–5 business days.
Approval & processing
If your return meets our policy, we’ll approve it and initiate your refund.
This step is typically completed within 7–10 business days from the date of receipt.
Funds appear in your account
After processing, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
What might delay my refund?
Return not yet delivered — check your tracking number to confirm when we receive it.
Item failed inspection — items that are worn, washed, or returned outside the 30-day window will not be approved.
Bank processing times — some banks, especially international ones, may take a few extra days to post the refund.
Refunds for PayPal orders
PayPal refunds are typically instant once issued, but may still take up to 48 hours to reflect depending on the funding source.
You’ll receive a notification from PayPal when the refund is complete.
How will I know when my refund is processed?
You’ll receive an email from Almond Muse confirming:
That your return was approved
The exact refund amount
The payment method refunded
The date the refund was issued
