Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I change my mind?Updated 2 months ago

At Almond Muse, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your dress doesn’t fit quite right or you’ve had a change of heart, you may be eligible to return it provided the item meets our return conditions.

This article outlines who is eligible for returns, how to initiate the process, and whether you'll receive a refund or store credit based on the type of item purchased.


Return eligibility

You may return your item if:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The return is initiated via email and approved by our team

Items must pass inspection to be approved for refund or credit.

Store credit never expires and can be used on future purchases of any item.


What is not eligible for return?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered

  • Items with missing tags or damaged packaging

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Returns requested after the 30-day window

If your item is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy, it may be sent back to you without refund or credit.


How to request a return

  1. Email us at [email protected]

  2. Include your:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Item you wish to return

    • Reason for return (e.g. too small, changed mind)

  3. We’ll reply with return instructions and address details.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
 We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe arrival.

Please do not return any item without first contacting our team, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.


What happens after I send the return?

  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days), we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved:

    • Full-price items, refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Sale items, issued as store credit.
