While Almond Muse does not offer traditional exchanges where one item is automatically replaced by another, we’ve created a smooth and flexible return-and-repurchase process that allows you to reorder the correct size quickly and easily.
To accelerate the exchange experience, store credit is issued as soon as you share a valid tracking link for your return, whether the item was purchased at full price or at a discount. This allows you to place your new order right away without waiting for your return to arrive at our warehouse.
Do you offer traditional exchanges?
No, we do not process item-for-item replacements. Instead, we support size or style changes through a fast return and repurchase method:

Will I pay shipping again?
Yes. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item, and the replacement order made using store credit will also reflect a shipping deduction. This means the store credit you receive will be slightly lower than the total of your original payment to account for shipping.
To save on return costs, we recommend using a local courier service or post office, they often offer affordable rates and convenient drop-off points.
