How do I know what size to order?Updated 2 months ago

Finding the right size is essential to making sure your Almond Muse piece fits and feels perfect. Since our dresses are made with tailored construction and premium fabrics, choosing the correct size can dramatically improve the silhouette and comfort of your look.

This article will help you determine your ideal size using our tools and support.

Step 1: Use the Almond Muse Size Guide

Each product page includes a link to our Size Guide, which provides:

  • Measurements for each size (bust, waist, hips, length)

  • International size conversions (e.g. EU, UK, US)

  • Fit notes specific to the design (e.g. snug waist, relaxed skirt)

Measure your body with a soft tape measure and compare it to our chart for best results.

Step 2: Check product-specific fit notes

While our sizing is consistent across all dresses, certain designs may include extra notes such as:

  • "Fitted bodice with structured waist"

  • "Bias-cut skirt allows for movement at hips"

  • "Adjustable back ties for customized fit"

These notes appear just above the "Add to Cart" button on each product page.

Step 3: Use our support team for custom advice

Still unsure? Our team can help you pick the right size based on your body measurements, style preferences, or event needs.

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your height

  • Bust, waist, and hip measurements (in cm or inches)

  • The item(s) you’re interested in

We’ll guide you toward the best fit and even recommend whether to size up or down based on how the fabric behaves.

Tips for measuring yourself

  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra.

  • Waist: Measure the narrowest point of your torso, above your navel.

  • Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom.

Always measure against bare skin or light layers for the most accurate reading.

Between sizes?

If you're between two sizes:

  • Prefer a snug fit or structured look → choose the smaller size

  • Prefer ease of movement or looser fit → choose the larger size

Some items may also include elastic panels, adjustable straps, or tie-backs for flexible fit.

Returns for sizing issues

We offer returns for items that don’t fit and full-price items may be refunded, and sale items are eligible for store credit. See our Returns Policy for details.
