Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?Updated 2 months ago

At Almond Muse, we work hard to ensure that your order is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. To keep our fulfillment process efficient, all orders begin processing 24 hours after being placed.
During this time, you are welcome to request changes or cancel your order.

We encourage customers to review their order details carefully, including size, style, and shipping information, before completing checkout, but if anything needs to be adjusted, we're here to help.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and include:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- The word CANCEL in the subject line

After the 24 hour window, your order will begin moving through our preparation system. At this point, cancellation may no longer be possible, but we will always check the order status and assist where we can.

 
Can I make changes to my order?

Yes. You can request changes within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to update it for you.

If the 24 hour window has passed but your order is still unfulfilled, our team may still be able to apply changes, depending on where it is in the preparation queue.
Although we cannot guarantee adjustments after processing has begun, we will always try to help if the order has not yet been finalized.

You may request:

- Updating the shipping address
- Adjusting size, quantity, or color
- Swapping or removing items

To request a change, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the update you need.


When can’t changes be made?

Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, changes are no longer possible. This includes:

- Updating the shipping address
- Changing size or color
- Swapping or removing items
- Adding discount codes retroactively

If changes are no longer possible, you may wait for the package to arrive and then submit a return request according to our Returns Policy.

Once an order enters the final fulfillment stage, garments are packed and labeled quickly, making it difficult to intercept or modify the shipment.
